The agreement between GENAK Estates LLC and the churches that use Attend, and the terms of the text-message program.

Who we are
Attend (www.attend.win) is operated by GENAK Estates LLC, Hartford, Connecticut ("GENAK", "we"). A church that signs up ("the church") uses Attend to record attendance and stay in touch with its own members.
The church's responsibilities
- The church's member list is the church's. The church confirms it may hold and use the details it puts into Attend, and that it will honour any member's request to correct or delete their record.
- Only a church's own leaders may use its dashboard, and only for that church.
- Messages a leader writes are the leader's words. Attend adds the church's name, the attend.win identification and the opt-out line to every text.
Text-message program terms
- Program: one-to-one attendance follow-up from a church's leaders, and a personal link to check your own details, sent through Attend on behalf of your church. No group texts, news, announcements, or promotional messages are sent through this program.
- Consent: only by ticking the optional "may text me" box yourself on the check-in form or your personal update page. Consent is not a condition of checking in or of anything else, and a leader cannot give it for you.
- Frequency: varies; most people receive a few texts a year.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Attend charges members nothing.
- Stop: reply STOP to any text to stop every text to that number. Reply START to resume. Reply HELP, or write to hello@genak.ai, for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We never sell your information, and we never share mobile numbers.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Your phone number stays with your own church and the services that deliver its messages.
Fees, changes and ending the service
Churches pay the plan price shown at sign-up; receipts are emailed for every payment. A church may cancel at any time and its data is deleted on request. We may change these terms with notice on this page; continued use after a change is acceptance.
Liability
Attend is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, GENAK's liability to a church is limited to the fees that church paid in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
