Getting started
- A church starts on the web at attend.win/signup. The first administrator then invites other leaders by email (Admin → Invite a leader).
- Leaders sign in on the app with the email their church invited, using a one-time sign-in link or a password they set.
- Members and visitors don't need the app: they check in by scanning the service's QR code with their phone camera.
Common questions
- I didn't get the sign-in email. Check spam, then ask your church administrator to confirm the email address on your invitation.
- How do people check in? Open Today and tap Show check-in QR, or project the code on a screen. Ushers can also check someone in by hand.
- Where do replies to my follow-ups go? To your Message Center (Reach → Messages), where only you and your church's administrators can read them.
- How does my church pay? Churches subscribe on the web from their dashboard (Billing & plan). One subscription covers every leader, on every device.
Delete your account
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete my account. If you are your church's only administrator, make another leader an administrator first. If you are the only leader, deleting your account also closes your church's Attend account. To have a member's record removed, ask your church's leaders or email us.
