Attend · See who came. Reach who didn't.
Attend records church attendance so leaders can care for the people who came, and notice the people who didn't. Here is exactly what that involves.

Your church holds it. Attend is the software they use to keep it. We store it on their behalf, we do not use it for our own purposes, and we do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.
It is not used for advertising. It is not combined with data from other churches. It is not sold.
Only if you tick the optional text box yourself, at check-in or on your personal update page. Giving a phone number on its own does not opt you in. Full details, including how to stop, are on the text messages page.
Your church decides. Ask any of your leaders to correct or delete your record and they can do it, or pass the request to their administrator. You can also write to hello@genak.ai and we will pass it to your church and act on it.
One exception, on purpose: if you reply STOP to a text, we keep that number on a do-not-text list even after everything else is deleted. That is the only way to be sure you are never texted again.
Church leaders sign in to Attend with their own account. A leader can delete it at any time: in the Attend app, open Settings and choose Delete my account (on the web, Settings on your dashboard). Their sign-in and personal details are removed; the church's own records stay with the church. A leader who is the only person leading a church closes that church's Attend account with it.
Churches check in children under their own safeguarding rules, with a parent or guardian present. Attend gives leaders pickup codes so a child leaves with the right adult. We do not market to anyone, at any age.
Traffic is encrypted. Leaders sign in with a one-time email link or their own password, and each leader sees only the people they are responsible for. Access is recorded, so a church can see who looked at what.
